"WIN FREE DOUJINSHI" CONTEST! __________________
Hello faithful DCC members!
Starting this coming Thursday, June 9th, the DCC will be starting it's "Tell a Friend" contest. This contest is designed to help the DCC gain more members, and it allows the participants to win Free Doujinshi!:
This is how it works. The DCC has it's own "Tell a Friend" service located here:
All you have to do is type in your DCC screen name and email address, and type in the emails of all your friends, or any fans you know of, who may be interested in signing up, and the Tell-a-Friend service automatically sends them emails on behalf of the DCC. ^_^ It's a great service to use, even outside of the contest!
Starting Thursday, June 9th through Sunday, June 19th, the 2 contestants who tell the most people using the DCC Tell-a-Friend service will win $13.00 gift certificates to my eBay Doujinshi store for ANY Doujinshi (or other items) that are available at ANY time!
In order to be eligible for winning, all you have to do is make sure you use the Tell-a-Friend page starting Thursday, June 9th through Sunday, June 19th! The contest will run for 10 days, so you will have plenty of time to find friends, fans, etc. to inform of the DCC.
Contest Rules and Regulations:
1) "TAF's" will only start being counted on Thursday, June 9th, so don't start before then! That gives you some extra days to find people or websites to email. Keep a list and start hammering out the "TAF's" on the 9th! ^^
2) You must use the Official DCC "Tell-a-Friend" Service to have your "TAF"s counted. I am notified each time the Tell-a-Friend service is used and by whom, so if you don't use the official page, I won't know about it, and I won't be able to count how many "TAF's" you have.
3) You must be a DCC member to enter the contest! All you have to do to be a DCC member is just sign up at the forum and get a screen name. ^_^
4) You must use the same screen name and email address each time you use it. If you don't use the same screen name or email address each time you use it, I may confuse you with different contestants.
5) You may not use the same email address as your "friend/s" each time you use the service. I am notified of the email addresses you use, so if you try to use the same one/s over again, I'll know. So be good! >;D
Prize Rules and Regulations:
1) There is no "cash back" for the prize. So if you decide to purchase a Doujinshi from my shop for any amount less than $13 using your certificate, you won't get "money back." However, most of my Doujinshi run for $12.95 anyway, so I made certain the prizes will be worth a full Doujinshi.
2) If you decide to purchase a Doujinshi worth more than $13 from my shop, you must pay the additional amount.
3) You may not use your certificate on 2 or more Doujinshi (or other items) from my store. Meaning, no "splitting up the certificate to pay for half of one Doujinshi, and then using the rest later to pay for half of another." Once you purchase an item from my shop, the remainder of the certificate is voided out, so make sure you use it wisely.
4) You may use your Doujinshi certificates for any Doujinshi or other item in my store, including live-auctions (but again, if you bid over $13, you must pay the additional amount)! If you win the contest, you may save your certificate and use it at any time (if you don't see a Doujinshi you want at that time)! ^.^

You can tell online friends as well. And they don't really have to be friends (so long as it's not pure "spam" >.>). If you can just find some people online or other websites who would be interested in Doujinshi or Yaoi or such, then you can try to tell them about it as well. You can browse DeviantArt.com or FanFiction.net or such to find people who may be interested in Yaoi. And of course, website owners or store owners may be interested as well. ^^

As you may already know, eBay suspended my Seller account with them. x.x' This means that the contest rules will have to change a bit. I may only be able to donate 1 instead of 2 Doujinshi to 1 winner (at the top). I am very sorry for the inconvenience. x.x'

Why did they suspend it? Was it about Harry Potter doujinshi? Was it for both German and English? Will you get it back at some point? (No more questions now)

My Name at the "Tell a Friend" page is "Doujinshi-ka" But the email adress is the same as here. ^_~ (doujinshi-ka@gmx.net)
